I keep hearing and seeing that Chloe is an “it” designer right now and this bag from Goodnight Macaroon is a dupe for the Chloe Faye bag, which retails for about $1,400. I love it because it is goes with almost anything but is a statement piece that elevates any outfit. And because it’s real leather and on sale for under $70, it’s a deal you just can’t beat!
Another thing I love about this bag is how many pockets it has. In addition to the main compartment it has an astounding five pockets and sub-pockets. And as a mom to a three-year-old, I love that it has enough space for a few snacks and tissues in addition to my wallet and cell phone. 🙂
Because I always want to give you full disclosure on anything I recommend, I will say when I initially got the bag I found the leather slightly stiff. Also, the top flap that looks like suede is genuine leather covered with a non-leather material to give it a suede finish. The rest of the bag is calf leather though. These things bothered me a tiny bit when I first got the bag, but I realized for the price it was still a steal–and now that I am used to them they don’t bother me anymore.
The bag comes in five colors, and I almost got the grey instead of the cognac because it is so beautiful too. If you’re looking for a gorgeous leather bag at an amazing price, look no further!
