Accommodations
For your convenience we have arranged a room block at Disney Aulani. Booking through our room block will give you a 25% discount from the regular rate for whichever room you choose:
Roisin & Matsuura Wedding ~ G10123656 ~ 11JULY26 – Start your reservation
Since many of you are traveling far, we extended the block so the discount applies to reservations made beginning with a check in date of 7/11/26 (Saturday prior) and extending to a check out date of 7/20/26 (Monday following). You can pick as many or as few nights between these dates as you wish.
Alternatively, if you prefer to book over the phone, you can do that by calling (407) 827-6799 and mentioning either the Roisin & Matsuura wedding or group code G10123656 between 8:30AM – 6:00PM EST Monday through Friday, or 8:30AM – 5:00PM EST Saturday and Sunday.
While Aulani is magical and the most convenient option, there are a number of accommodations in the Kapolei area if you are looking for alternatives. Embassy Suites Kapolei and Residence Inn Kapolei are both less than 15 minutes from Aulani by car. Please note that if you plan to drive, Aulani does charge for parking ($40 overnight for self-parking or valet, or $10 to self-park for the day).
Travel
Aulani is located on the West Side of Oahu, about 25 minutes away without traffic from Honolulu International Airport. It is Hawaii’s primary airport, with direct flights from many east coast cities including Boston, New York and Atlanta, Midwest cities including Chicago, and flights every few hours from West Coast cities. (Hawaiian Airlines has direct routes to many of these cities if you’re looking to get the party started earlier with a Mai Tai on your way!)
Transportation from the Airport to Aulani
Ride sharing services like Uber and Lyft are an easy way to get from the airport to Aulani, but we will also be coordinating complimentary transportation in the days leading up to the wedding.
